The fries were a little pasty. The gravy was decent, but there was a little too much of it. There was a really generous amount of cheese curds.

This pizza featured cup pepperoni and a nice amount of cheese. It was quite light on the sauce, but the sauce that was there was good. Ultimately, though, this pizza was all about the crust. I loved the chewy/salty sourdough crust, so much so that I wondered if I would have enjoyed the crust more without any of the toppings. It’s kinda strange because this almost tastes more like pizza bread than pizza itself (and I understand how dumb that sounds but I’m sticking with it). Either way, I liked it quite a bit.

The burger came with a fairly large patty cooked well-done. It was topped with a slice of cheddar cheese. The vegetables were all fresh. The bun appeared to be a pretzel style bun and was easily the best part of the burger.

The fries were julienne-cut and a little over-cooked, which I actually liked a lot as it made them a little sweeter. There was a generous amount of curds layered throughout the poutine. The gravy lacked a little depth of flavour, but was nice and thick, which I really enjoyed.

This was an interesting pizza in that it presented as a thin-crust Italian-style pizza, but it had a different flavour profile, more similar to “Ottawa-style” pizza. The crust almost seemed eggy and had nice crisp due to how thin it was. The sauce had a little spice, which was pleasant. There was a generous amount of cheese, but it seemed to have clumped rather than to have nice pull. The meats, especially the sausage were all of good quality.

The poutine came with good quality, thick-cut frozen fries. The gravy was rich and herbaceous. There was an appropriate amount of curds. This was very good, but if the fries were fresh cut, which usually adds a little sweetness to the mix, it would possibly be among my highest ranking poutines in the city.

The burger came with a 5 oz. smashed patty that had really crispy edges and an intense beef flavour. It was topped with american cheese. The burger sauce was very good and went well with the shredded iceberg lettuce. The sesame bun was really well toasted, which actually added a lot to the burger.

The poutine had real, skin-on fries that were well cooked and a generous amount of cheese curds. The gravy was a tad thinner than I’d hoped, but quite good.

The burger I ordered had two 6oz patties cooked well-done with a crispy exterior but soft texture. It came with a generous amount of perfectly cooked bacon and a couple slices of processed cheddar. I enjoyed the shredded iceberg lettuce and the other vegetables were good too. I really appreciated that the bun was well toasted though it did disintegrate a bit with all of the toppings.

This pizza was significantly larger than I expected. The thin crust was nicely crispy with a little bit of char, though I would have liked much more char. The sauce was good. The quality of the cheese was good and it was quite salty. I liked that the pepperoni was on top of the cheese, but it was more of a large, “cold-cut”-style pepperoni, than my preferred small, cup-style pepperoni.
