Pearson Street Smashburgers and Melts – Burger

Review: I opted for 2 patties. The patties were the definition of smashpatties, thin with crispy, lacy edges. There was a thick slice of American cheese. I enjoyed the shredded lettuce and burger sauce. The bun looked plain, but it was actually more dense than I expected. This was very good. Rating: 8.6/10
