Stacked – Smoked Meat and Grill – Burger

Review:

The burger featured a large (close to 8 oz.) patty that was grilled to well-done. It was topped with a slice of processed cheese. There was a generous amount of perfectly cooked bacon. The somewhat generic bun was lightly toasted. The vegetables were appropriately proportioned.

Luxe Bistro – Burger

Review:

This burger came on a brioche-style bun that was perfectly toasted. It had a generous amount of perfectly cooked bacon. There was a generous amount of cheddar cheese on it. A garlic aioli was the sauce of choice and I have to give bonus points for shredded iceberg lettuce. The 1/4 lb brisket patty was crispy on the outside yet still juicy with an intense beef flavour. This was one of the best burgers I’ve had in quite some time.
