
Review:
This was called a flammekueches, but I’m rating it because it was basically a flat-bread pizza. The crust was a crispy flat bread (essentially a white pita). It had a few char marks. The sauce was pretty standard pizza sauce, though it seemed to have a little extra oregano. It had both mozzarella and cheddar cheeses in moderate amounts, which I actually think was the right move. Caramelized onion provided a little bit of sweetness to counter the salt from the smoked bacon and pepperoni. The highlight was a good quality sausage crumble.
