Review:
The pizza had all the hallmarks of Ottawa-style pizza, which is not surprising since this pizza has been around for a long time and probably inspired many of them. The crust was eggy, a little puffy and quite crispy. The sauce was the same as the majority of local pizzas in terms of the flavour profile. The pepperoni was more of the lunch meat type and was located under the cheese. There was a generous amount of cheese and it was nicely browned.
