Review:
The burger came with two 5 oz. patties cooked well-done with crispy edges. Each patty was covered by a slice of cheddar. The burger sauce (inspired by a Big Mac) was quite good, though there was a lot of it which made things messy. Thankfully, the bun was able to hold up to the sauce. The pickles were cut thicker than usual. The weakest part of this burger was actually the lettuce. Leaf lettuce can’t hold up to heat or moisture very well and shredding it makes it even more susceptible to those factors. This would have benefitted greatly from iceberg lettuce.
