Review:
This had a really nice patty cooked medium-well. Crispy onions added a nice texture, but the burger could have used the tang of raw onions to go with the shaved lettuce. The aioli was a really good sauce option. The bun was the weakest element. It was just bland and pasty (they used to use a ciabatta-type bun, which was way more interesting). The burger could have definitely used cheese as well.
