Review:
This burger had a very thick patty that would fall in the 6-8oz range. It was juicy and deliciously seasoned with a nice crust. It was topped with aged cheddar. The bacon jam was very good and the aioli was perfect. Veggies were all fresh. The bun was good, but maybe the weakest element as it fell apart a bit when the juices came out of the patty. Overall, this was a very good burger.
