
Review:
The most distinguishing thing about this pizza was the crust which felt more like focaccia than typical pizza crust. It was a little light on the toppings, but what was there was pretty good, including some parmesan mixed with the cheese. The sauce was pleasantly sweet. Pieces were of varying thicknesses, so for thin slices, the light toppings weren’t an issue, but thick pieces were a little dry. By the time I had it, it had cooled a bit, so I’ll try to project my rating a bit for that.
