Review: The poutine came with really crispy, skin-on fries. There was a very generous amount of cheese curds. The gravy was of a really nice consistency and had a good beefy flavour. Rating: 8.3/10

Review: The poutine featured skinless hand-cut fries. I had plenty of cheese curds. The gravy seemed to have a chicken base with a really nice peppery note, but it needed a little bit of salt. Rating: 7.7/10

Review: The poutine came with good, hand-cut fries that were nicely crispy. There was a good amount of cheese curds. The gravy looked like a pretty standard brown gravy but it had a distinct peppery note that was a nice differentiator. Rating: 8.2/10
