Review:
The poutine came with fresh cut fries. They were a little bigger than what I think of as “standard”. They seemed to be double-fried because they were pretty crispy despite not being very brown. There was a decent amount of cheese curds. I really enjoyed the thickness of the gravy, though I still needed to add some salt to it.
