Review:
This poutine featured what seemed like frozen fries (it was weirdly hard to tell). They were probably the weakest part of the poutine as they were a little pasty. I actually like shredded cheese poutines. Some people like saying it’s sacrilegious, but the melted cheese combining with the gravy to become a completely different sauce appeals to me. With that being said, I still like to have some solid bits of cheese in my poutines and this one lacked in that department. The gravy was my favourite part. It looked light, but tasted like a combo of beef and chicken gravy.
