Review:
This poutine came with a great amount of cheese curds. The gravy was a nicely salty beef gravy. The fries were probably the weakest part of this poutine. I liked that they were somewhere between a julienne and a standard cut but they were about 10% undercooked. If they were 100% cooked, this poutine would have scored much higher.
