Review:
The skin-on fries were very crispy. The cheese curds were incredibly fresh and squeaky. The gravy was a little thin, but their restraint in not adding too much of it allowed the fries to retain their aforementioned crispiness. If they’d taken the clump of curds (8 or so curds were stuck together) and broken in up a bit, this would have been an even better experience.
