The outside had crispy bits, but they were actually soft and retained a lot of moisture. They were covered with a generous amount of processed cheddar. The bun was very soft, but held up to the rest of the burger. I also liked that grilled onions were not an up-charge. The biggest strength of this burger was that it had the best meat to cheese to bread ratio.
