They were probably the weakest part of the poutine as they were a little pasty. I actually like shredded cheese poutines. Some people like saying it&#8217;s sacrilegious, but the melted cheese combining with the gravy to become a completely different sauce appeals to me. With that being said, I still like to have some solid bits of cheese in my poutines and this one lacked in that department. The gravy was my favourite part.
