It had a generous amount of perfectly cooked bacon. There was a generous amount of cheddar cheese on it. A garlic aioli was the sauce of choice and I have to give bonus points for shredded iceberg lettuce. The 1\/4 lb brisket patty was crispy on the outside yet still juicy with an intense beef flavour.
