It was grilled well-done and pretty dense. It had a little too much seasoning for me (something other than salt and pepper was throwing me off). It had swiss cheese, which was a nice change. The bacon was very thin and some of it was burnt. The lettuce was shredded but held up well and the tomatoes were thankfully cut thin. It was delivered without any sauce, but I added mayo.
