The gravy was really tasty and the poutine was topped with a good amount of cheese curds. I don\u2019t like a soupy poutine, but this one needed a little more gravy layering. The top third had all the toppings and the bottom was all fries. If it was layered, this would get a very high score (gravy is so important, and this one was really good).
